| Abstract | Faculty are critical and instrumental to making international field schools possible, but how do we ensure the sustainability and expansion of faculty led field schools institutionally? How do we engage academic units to think strategically about offering new opportunities? Using faculty engagement, co-teaching and strong partnership coordination, we explore how International Offices can support field school development to maximize both student learning outcomes and internationalization efforts. |
